Quality Leadership
Camp Hinds has a trained staff of approximately 55 Scouts and Scouters. Our camp staff are all registered members of the Boy Scouts of America and our Camp Director, Program Director, Camp Commissioner, and other program area directors are all nationally certified by the Boy Scouts of America.

Camp Director, Joshua Gagnon
This is Josh's fourth season as Camp Director at Hinds. 
Prior to that he was a long time staff member at Camp Bomazeen serving as the Be First Class Director and Scoutcraft Director.
He is a longtimer scouter in Pine Tree Council earning his Arrow of Light award from Pack 160 in Lewiston, Maine and Eagle Scout from Troop 139 in Minot. He is a Vigil Honor Member of the Order of the Arrow serving on the Ceremonial Team for 6 years and he also spent two years as the Section Chief for Section NE-1A.
In the "off season" Josh is a High School History/Political Science Teacher at Traip Academy in Kittery, ME and spends his spare time with his wife and twin boys.
Program Director, Jai Wescott
This is Jai's first season as Program Director. He is a long-time Scouter, Vigil Honor Member in the OA and a veteran camp staff member. Many of you will remember him from his time in the Office, Craftshop or as a Camp Commissioner.
