Camp Registration

Whether registering for Boy Scout Summer Camp or Webelos Resident Camp the information below will give you all the information you need to join us on Panther Pond this summer. As always, should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact the camp leadership!

For Boy Scouts!

If You Are Coming With A Troop...

Check with your Scoutmaster to see what week you are coming to camp! If you can't come that week, or you want to come an additional week, see the provisional scout information below! Your scoutmaster has all of the information for camp and will help your son with decisions about merit badges, activities, and everything else there is to do at Camp. Your Scoutmaster will also be able to give you details regarding payments (typically made to your troop), medical forms, travel information and will also be able to answer any questions you have about the summer camp experience!

If You Are Coming As A Provisional Scout...

  1. Fill out the Provisional Scout Reservation Form - Coming Soon!
  2. Send in the Reservation Form along with a $10.00 Deposit to:
    Pine Tree Council, 131 Johnson Road, Portland, ME 04102
  3. If you pay in full before May 1 you are eligible for the Early Bird Discount ($20)!
  4. Once we receive your paperwork, we will send you all of the program information - including how to register for MBs online at http://www.pinetreebsa.org/scss
  5. Be sure to come to camp with your medical form! Remember, there is a new BSA Medical Form for 2011!


For Webelos!

Den Camping
Most Webelos Dens go to summer camp with their own leadership. This is a great way for Scouts to attend summer camp and build lasting relationships, while enjoying camp with their own leadership. Check with your Cubmaster/Den Leader for more information if you are coming with your Den!

Provisional Camping
A provisional camper is when a youth comes as an individual without his unit. In this case, the Pine Tree Council’s camp staff provides leadership. This is a great opportunity to make new friends and to experience some of the Specialty programs. Fill out the 2011 Webelos Registration Form (Coming Soon!) and follow the instructions for sending it in. Please, do not hesitate to contac the Camp Director with any questions!
